xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

This is my second time getting these the first ones I got at Walmart just to try. They last for awhile and they are perforated so you can use different amount for the size or what you are washing!

So far so good! I feel like my laundry is clean and I do like the lightness of the scent, it’s not heavily scented which I prefer. I don’t have a lot of heavy dirt on my laundry so I can’t judge the effectiveness on heavily soiled laundry. I love that the packaging is small and recyclable. I will continue using

The product works well. It is portable and not messy (no dripping liquid). I don’t like the smell of the Fresh Linen as it isn’t the same as other detergent named the same. I did really enjoy the floral, but the fragrance doesn’t stay on the clothes. I wish there were coordinated dryer sheets or scented boosters.

I’ve purchased this twice and am not very satisfied. I’ve purchased other brands and have had much better success. The main issue I have is that they do not always dissolve in the wash. On several separate occasions I have found the sheet not dissolved completely, stuck to the washer machine drum. This also happened to my mom who tried using them too.

I love these sheets! They smell lovely and clean my clothing very well. They do not leave any residue and dissolve fully. And it feels great to use a product with no plastic packaging, a small step to help protect our environment.
